Zuuca may be difficult to find, hidden in a cave-like cellar across the alley from Murphys Hotel, but it's worth the hunt. The tasting room is low-lit and cozy, and the scent of fondu brings out the flavors in the wines. Don't miss the hand-made Syrah, the Sangiovese, and the Nebbiolo Nuovo.
