Japanese Tea Garden
Developed for the Midwinter Fair of 1894, the Japanese Tea Garden is one of the highlights of a visit to Golden Gate Park. Visitors can walk through the four-acre Japanese Tea Garden and then take a relaxing break at the teahouse concession. The garden includes beautifully landscaped grounds that feature carp ponds, waterfalls, bonsai trees, and several Japanese-style buildings.
