This is simply an elongated version of that hole, but the good news is you get an extra stroke to play with.
You've seen it all before: blind tee shot, so just rip it straight ahead, try not to slice it or you might be bunker-bound, blah, blah, blah. Once you get over the hill it's a pretty view.
On the green, do your best to ignore the cars hustling along Arnold Drive and the psychotic dog across the street.
