Riding Time: 2 - 2½ hours
Directions

Pine Mountain Loop is a 13½-mile rocky, steep ride around the ridge and down into the valley of Pine Mountain. It is considered both a strenuous and very technical ride with a gain/loss of 2700 feet. It is also one of the first, if not the first trail that Gary Fisher and other pioneers of the sport rode over 20 years ago. It is open year round.

Directions
From Highway 101, take the San Anselmo exit called Sir Francis Drake and head west. Go around 6 miles or so to Fairfax. Turn left at Claus, quickly turn left on Broadway, and then quickly right on Bolinas-Fairfax Road. Follow this road for a little over 3½ miles. The trailhead appears on the right with parking on the left.
