Description
This is a road ride through a large part of San Raphael ending up at China Camp State Park. The trip follows the Bay, goes through eastern San Raphael, past the Northgate Mall and Marin Civic Center then finally out to beautiful China Camp. Though most of the ride is through suburban areas of San Raphael, the final portion of it is on the twisting, winding roads, with plenty of interesting scenery to keep your mind off your aching thighs.

Directions
From Highway 101 in San Raphael, take the 3rd Street exit. Turn east on 2nd Street. Go a little over 4½ miles. Park in the first small parking lot on the left as you enter China Camp State Park. There is no sign, so the parking lot is at the bottom of a hill just as you enter the trees.
